Flexible, nonstick silicone offers instant, easy release without the use of grease. Measures dough or crusts from 6" to 15 x 15cm x 38cm. Nonabsorbent silicone keeps moisture in food and won't retain odors. Mat Measures 19.5" x 15.5 x 49.5cm x 39cm. Promotes even heating when used as a liner. Silicone is high heat resistant to 450F/235C. FDA approved. Dishwasher safe.
