Description

Prep and roast 16 stuffed peppers for "poppers" and appetizers! When used on the grill this roaster keeps the peppers the perfect distance from the flame and infuses them with a smoky flavor. Can also be used to bake peppers in the oven. Use the rack to easily prep your peppers. Cut off the tops, core and de-seed, then stuff. Fill with savory cheese, meats and seafood. Wrap with bacon and use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place. Legs knockdown for compact storage. Recipe and instructions included. Dishwasher safe.
